This policy explains what Shanta Sells collects when you use this website or join the list for our free class, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Shanta Sells is run by Ashanta Cruz, a licensed real estate agent (License #281558), in affiliation with the brokerage Home Hunters LLC.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, and whether you agreed to receive text messages. We also keep the time you signed up and the exact wording you agreed to.
- Where you came from: the page you signed up on and, if you arrived from an ad or link, its campaign tags (for example the ad name).
- Basic technical data: your internet address and browser type, used briefly to keep the site secure and stop spam. We do not build a profile from it.
- Cookies: small files that help the site work and let us count visits. See our cookie policy.
How we use it
- To send you the date and details for the free class, and reminders.
- To answer questions you send us and to follow up about buying a home, if you ask.
- To see which pages and ads bring people to the site, so we can improve it.
- To keep the site safe and to meet legal and record-keeping duties.
Text messages
We send texts only if you checked the box to receive them. Consent is optional and is not required to join the class or to buy anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the website, store signups, and send email or text messages, who may use it only to provide those services.
- Our brokerage, Home Hunters LLC, which supervises our real estate activity.
- Advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta), but only if you accept advertising cookies. Decline them in the cookie notice and these do not run.
- Authorities or advisers when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep signup information for as long as we need it to run the class and follow up, and for the time the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from texts by replying STOP, and from email with the unsubscribe link in any message.
- Cookies: use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page to change your choice. We also treat a browser “Global Privacy Control” signal as a decline of advertising cookies.
- Access, correct or delete your information by contacting us through the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, and limit who can see signup information. No website can promise perfect security.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
